Easy Indian Alexander Downs Lamb Chops


8 Alexander Downs lamb chops (about 90g each)
1/4 cup your favourite bottled Indian curry paste
200ml yoghurt
1 Tbsp. lime juice
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint plus a few sprigs for garnish
Salt to taste



Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 8 minutes

  1. Brush the Alexander Downs lamb all ocver with the curry paste. Cover and Marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the yogurt, lime juice, mint and salt in a bowl: cover and refrigerate until the lamb is ready.
  2. Turn the grill on to medium high and cook 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to you liking. Serve with the yogurt alongside for dipping.
